My sister took that stuff and would sleep eat. She'd wake up and there would be empty boxes of crackers and chips laying around that she didn't
remember eating.

I took it once a few years ago and I sent emails to every person I was friends with on MySpace. Most of them were "yelling" at them for not
commenting on more of my pictures and stuff. When I woke up the next morning I had like 80 emails from people saying like "wtf, you are so weird.
sorry."
I was red-faced embarrassed for like 3 days about it |

My mom used to take it. She's woken up to half cooked food in her oven. One morning she woke up, she was on the couch. There were Skittles all over the
floor and on the couch. She even woke up with melted skittle marks on her face and hands.
She uses Valerian Root now. Works well for her. |

One of my friends sends us weird texts when she takes ambien. They are spelled perfectly but make NO sense. Once there was a bunny in the bathub with fuzzy
slippers and a New Kid. We send them back to her and she has no idea she's sent them.

When she takes 2 pills she does weird shit, like I'll find her asleep on the toilet and when I come back an hour later, she's still there. She'll go into the kitchen and make food, sometimes edible food, other times shitting stuff like cereal with a stick of butter. Then when I go check on her in her room, the food is spilled all over her or her bed or she's got a hand in the bowl of whatever she's eating. I've found her cooking food on the stove without a pan and I can smell the smoke. Or my favorite, she sits on the edge of her bed, rocking back and forth asleep and totally out of it or at the computer and her head keeps falling up and down as she fights going to sleep. Then when I try to get her to go to bed, to lay down, she screams at me, she yells at me, she tells me "I'm the mother, you don't tell ME what to do." It's really annoying and she doesn't remember any of it

Today, my co-worker told me about this guy who took Ambien and found thrown plates and food all over his kitchen. I guess it happens more often than I thought. |

Ambien doesn't effect me as bad as some apparently. I feel it for sure and I can do some weird things but nothing like this. I've been on it so long
that I guess it doesn't bother me.
The only weird thing I remember is when I was first one it I think I fell asleep and woke up and I was staring at the standby light on my DVD player and totally started trash talking it in my head. |

I used to take Ambien and that would knock me out so if I wasn't ready for bed then oh well. Now I take Ambien CR and that takes like 30 minutes to kick
in...but for some reason after I take it I find that I don't go to bed ever...I guess I have told my mom before that she has two heads and I laughed so
hard I woke up everyone. I have to be careful because I know I have gone on jjb or on my email and written stuff that is so misspelled and doesn't make any
sense..it is so embarrassing

I HATED giving that to my older patients because they always went crazy! They'd get disoriented- not know where they were, pull out their IVs, start
wandering around... ugh.
