My friends are allowed to have their SO spend the night. They're all 19-23 now, but they've been allowed for years.
I would never allow my 19-23 yr old to have sleep overs with there boy/girlfriend at my house.

This boyfriend now though I've been allowed to have sleep in my room/bed, but I'm also 24 and we've been dating for over a year. And when we were at school we were living together, so I think that's why our parents allow it. I do agree with a lot of you though. In my own house, with own children, I wouldn't allow the bf/gf to stay over unless they were in their 20s and it was a steady relationship. |

Hell no! Aint no one having sex in my house that aint grown and married or paying the mortgage. Parents that allow their children to have sex in their homes
are kind of trashy to me but that is just me.

I never could do it in my parents house.. I always felt like I was disrespecting them in some way. I'm 24 and I still don't, if I'm there to visit,
my bf can wait a few days.

sex i sjust plain not that big of a deal to me. i dont think i would want high schoolers sleeping in the same room like that, but i think once u graduate high
school (18+ years old), u should be treated like an adult.

I'd rather have them do it at my house than in a back alley or something. With that said, I wouldn't allow my teen son/daughters s/o to sleep over
until they got 17/18.

Teens, no. Twenty something, sure, as long as they weren't whoring it up and I couldn't hear them.

Heck no!
I knew a girl in the 7th grade whose mom let her boyfriend spend the night with her. Guess what happened at the end of 7th grade. She got pregnant! |

a few people mentioned living at home for economical reasons- you are making a choice by having sex and that could really easily result in a baby- chances are
that will be quite the economic hardship as well.... If you cant afford your own place you shouldn't be having so much sex that you cant resist while you
are in your parents home.

No fucking way. My parents don't approve of me having sex at anytime. Much less at their house.

Obviously accidents happen but the odds are WITH you if you're using contraception. It's not like anyone here said "well yeah we're broke, in school, and living at home because we're broke, but we're doing it like 2 little rabbit's, hoping for a Jon and Kate brood of our own very soon!" |

I wouldn't want them to but I'm not going to sit around and babysit a 20 y/o who's living in my house. As long as I can't hear or see it and my
kid isn't an irresponsible stupid idiot, then I probably wouldn't care.
