Alcohol poisoning. I drank way too much at a friend's birthday party. I don't remember much of it at all, but my best friend filled me in on a lot of
it. I was just a mess. I still feel like absolute shit today, I can't even tell you. My best friend was absolutely amazing about the whole thing, as
well as her boyfriend and about three or four other friends that helped out. I was taken by ambulance, which I have no memory of at all.
So I ended up in the hospital last night.

Do yourself a favour and consider this your rock bottom and get yourself into some counseling now so you can turn things around before this happens
again.

At least you got help and had people to help you there. Whatever you're facing, try even when it seems impossible, to keep moving towards a better place.
It is possible and you've got people supporting you here.

Thanks, guys. Fortunately I only ever drink socially and am fully able to take control of all of it. Lately I noticed that I've been drinking more and more to kind of drown out my problems, so I've been taking it MUCH easier. Last night for some reason I was just like whatever. My best friend tried to stop me, but I wouldn't let her. |

Thanks for the support, guys. Yeah, it was definitely rock bottom, a real low point. I'm blessed that people were so caring with me last night. And I had a
wonderful, amazing nurse, which makes me appreciate what they do even further.

So what do they do when somebody has alcohol poisoning? Pump your stomach and give you lots of IV fluids?
