She messages me 'I seriously can't believe you'd even have the audacity to contact me' and I was like . Like, I understand especially in the OP's case who is basically right out of high school. HOwever, I think it is sad when people are in their mid-20s to 40 years old and still vividly remember high school shit and hold onto hatred from that time.
