I live in an apartment building and the people on the second floor smoke constantly, I really can't breathe every time I walk out my door. What would
happen if I called the police and complained?
Has anyone ever called the cops on their druggie neighbors?

I am assuming you mean they smoke marijuana?

I would guess it would depend on the police department.

a lot apparently, they used to do it on the deck, which would also suck because it would waft up through my bedroom window. Now they've moved inside
because its cold, its actually embarrassing to have people over, god forbid parents.

Well, you could call the cops..... I am not sure what they'd do (???) Go to their apartment, knock on the door, and ask if anybody's smoking weed? A
lot of states don't have any sort of penalty for ingestion. So, they can be high all they want, and nothing can be done. Smoking in their apartment means
there's probably weed and/or other things in there. But, I dunno.... getting a warrant for somebody's apartment, for what probably amounts to a small
amount of marijuana? I don't know if it would even be worth the work [for the cops.]
I'd call the landlord and bitch to them first. |
