yes its a walk in closet so i guess it has to have one. i had it open to air it out because it was stuffy in there. i ran to the store and come back to find a
bird fucking trapped in there shitting everywhere. i had to call my stepdad to come home and get it out because I couldn't get it to go back out the
window. now im in the process of rewashing all my clothes. urgh

I've had walk in closets...but they never had a window. I've never seen a walk in closet with a window.

I don't think they're "required," to have windows. I think it's an awesome feature though because you can see all your clothes in the
daylight AND air it out like the OP said!

My ex-boyfriend's walk-in closet had a window. His family moved to a bigger house and his room had TWO walk-in closets, one of them also had a window.
