Posts: 18363 (11/04/2009 11:08 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I asked him if it would be ok to spend the night w/my best friend (who is a guy). Backstory: my friend got a new job and is leaving. He needs help packing and I told him I would help. He lives about 30 minutes away and usually I stay over there anyways bc I don't feel like driving back. Anyways, I ran this by him and honestly I thought he'd be cool with it. He gave a combination face and said it was ok. He didn't convince me he was ok with it and I decided against staying the night. I've never been in this situation before and it just kinda sucks that this is something I will have to think about. Me and the best friend had plans to have a housewarming party at his new place

I see what you're saying, but the choices blow. I don't even know how I would take him along. He's in the hospital ALL THE TIME. Maybe if met him, things would change...or not. I just want him to see that he's not a threat. I guess that doesn't matter. Guys see another guy as a threat

I wouldve told him what I was doing and he couldve felt however he wanted to feel about it, especially if this friend of mine was around long before he came into the picture. The most concession wouldve been my inviting him to come help pack.
