It only happens every once in a while but it's always around when I'm gonna start my period. I mean I was laying in bed crying and couldn't stop,
and it was over nothing. Is that normal?

I did once a few years ago. I was cleaning the bathroom and found myself crying for no reason!

Not really, but I am more likely to burst into tears over basically nothing. I usually stop after like a minute or two though.

I did it a few years ago when I was washing dishes. Maybe it's a cleaning thing.

sometimes i do, but only if i'm really really tired, too. actually, if i'm really really tired, i don't even have to be on my period. i was ready to burst into tears at any moment today at work. |

I already suffer from depression. But in these cases it's seriously over nothing and I usually end up laughing about it. It's weird.

Not over absolutely NOTHING, but I will feel down, and then cry if something triggers it. It's usually something small, though. Like a sappy commercial, or
I'll interpret something innocent someone says in the wrong way and feel all offended.

Then yeah, it definitely happens to me! I know my pattern exactly, now. For a couple of days leading up to my period, I'm irritable. I almost ALWAYS cry
about something the night before.

My period makes me nuts. A couple of months ago I cried because I went to a furniture store and all of the sales clerks ignored me.

Um, yes.
Once I cried because the storytelling in a song on the radio hit home with me. The song was "Party in the USA." |

No. No wonder girls get such a bad reputation as being unstable/moody, etc.
Nothing happens to me at all during my period. I don't get bloated, I don't get cravings, and my mood doesn't change. I swear girls just use their periods as an excuse for why they're fat and emotionally unstable. And I mean that in the nicest way. |

Do you guys take birth control? I wonder if that's connected somehow.

It's only happened to me when I'm off BC.
But I don't get any other symptoms, no bloating, no cravings, nothing except for my sensitivity towards things. |
