i don't have antibiotics. i'm stubborn and i don't like taking drugs, so i'm going to try to tough it out. or go to the minute clinic if
i'm not better by, say, saturday.

I give it a week and then go to the doctor, it just gets worse after that for me
Take hot showers, it'll help with the congestion.

It's just like a neti pot, but the plastic bottle has a more control. The packets contain salt to make saline solution. They sell it at Walmart and you can
get the neti pot or bottle version. And it really works. You definitely need to use this if you're not taking antibiotics.
