I am so happy for the Yankees and very happy for A-Rod. People to live in this world needs to have a second chance. He proved that he is one of the best
baseball players out there and i am so happy he got his ring and he played well in the playoffs. He got a lot of crap and there is not one person on this earth
that is innocent or perfect. I am happy for Tex because he came and helped during the season keep this going. Can't say enough about Rivera. Most of all
I'm just happy that these players who worked hard got recognized and with Matsui having injuries during the season and to bounce back helping win the world
series and getting the MVP I am so happy. I love Captain Jeter but he is not the Yankees, he's the leader and this season he did a good job in leading this
team. The entire team takes credit with the pitching and the offense being amazing. It's more than just about the captain. It's about the entire team.
I am proud of the Yankees because they did not let anyone down. They stuck together even if it was the pie in the face that kept the momentum and this is the
first time I have seen these players have fun. The pie thing is fun. Nick Swisher is bubbly and you can't pull his spirits down. Finally a team with a lot
of confidence and optimistic. I said back in August I thought we would win it all. I just could feel the energy from the team. There were us on this board who
stuck by this team even though the Yankee thread didn't get much hits in the sports section, but there were us regulars who kept the faith and we earned
it because we had the best offense and a team who played like a team and came together as brothers. Despite the negative media. It was great and props to the
Philly fans who were fun and I respect your playres Utley and Cliff Lee who were both outstanding. Congratulations on playing us hard and making us sweat.
