i liked the new guy, i felt bad for him when Tamy told him that he had to switch schools, i didn't expect him to cry and thank her for telling him.
I loved it when Rigins went to offer his help to the coach, the only storyline i don't really like so far is Matt's but the show is amazing like always.

The episode was pretty good. Felt a little slow moving. Overall, I just want somebody to punch McCoy right in the face.
That football player(don't know the name right now!) broke my heart when he was crying to Tami. Poor kid

I think his name is Lucas. I really like him as well. He might be my new Matt. Well almost my new Matt. No one can replace Saracen.
I really like that Tami isn't letting that douche Joe McCoy knock her around. He gives and she gives it right back. I hope we see Tim working with the team. It'd be great if he became an assistant coach. |

Question: The season premiere of Friday Night Lights almost had me in tears. Are things going to get better for the East Dillon Lions? -Nena
Ausiello: I'll say this: The game they were shooting last month when I visited the set was not nearly as lopsided as the massacre you witnessed in the premiere. And it definitely didn't end in forfeit. You may want to keep a hanky handy though. There's an episode coming up that will have you crying like a teething baby without a piece of plastic to bite down on. (Hint: Said episode features a funeral.) If this is Grandma Saracen, I will be devastated. On the floor, curled up in a ball, sobbing my eyes out. It's bad enough that Matt is leaving, why

So much to comment on. The fourth season is kicking off brilliantly. I'm constantly reminded through viewings just why I love this show so much.
I did not expect Luke to start crying and apologizing. I was sitting here like, "Oh, no, sweetie! It's okay, just stop crying!" 
Unless it was all some sort of trick to get to stay at Dillon, he's on my good side now. I wasn't sure how to feel about him just from the first
episode. All of the new characters we've met so far are fine with me, even annoying ass Becky, but I love the two new boys we've met.
I can't believe Coach gave Vince's mom that money. I knew right then that Vince was going to give him the money back. I would have, too. Tami putting Joe McCoy on Front Street in front of those boosters, and that one guy's ring front and center when she called Joe on the bullshit... That was awesome. I said right then, "That's a bad chick." Amazingly, there was a time when I couldn't stand Tami Taylor. Shame on me.
Really excited for next week, but this waiting until 3 in the morning for links is not the business. |

I can't believe Coach gave Vince's mom that money. Yeah, I think he was just really taken aback by that and didn't know wtf to do. He's met fucked up parents before, but I doubt any of them were junkies.

Aww I love Luke too. He's too adorable man. He's too polite but adorable. I love how Tami put Mccoy in his place man. She's awesome. It's like
she doesn't give a fuck what anyone does.
I feel bad for Vince because he comes from a broken home. You can tell that he is struggling with it. I kinda knew vince would give the coach back the money he gave his mom. I can predict Landry getting with the girl who he hit the car with. Matt's story line was a little boring but it was good nonetheless.
