This really scares me. It says that exercise and diet are extremely important; exercise helps oxygenate your body and increases the production of neurotransmitters, and people who are obese lose 8% more brain tissue than non-obese people. All these things can help:
- Exercise
- Omega 3s
- Berries
- Grape juice
- Walnuts
- Ginkgo
- Foods rich in antioxidants
- Vitamins C & E
