Who was the girl performing in Alicia's place for Jay's performance of "Empire State of Mind"?
Edit: Her boots are hot. The rest of her outfit is not though.

I was watching the key to the city ceremony and I kept thinking, "why the hell is the Venga Bus song playing? It's 2009!"

Watching the coverage on the news and looking at the pics...I still can't believe I got to be a part of it! |

There is a little snippet about Derek, Minka and Jorge having dinner out in Philly in the VIP column. Derek left a 35 percent tip.

I got back from the parade a little while ago. It so was crazy, but so much fun!

I was at the parade yesterday and it was the most insane moment of my life. People were climbing up to sit on the ledges of building signs to see
better...there were SO many people squeezed into a very small area. I wish I had went to Battery Park though. They said players were walking around signing
autographs, taking pics, and talking with fans before they had to get on the floats. That would have been SO cool.
