Not working for me! I logged in and out and cleared my cookies and it's still listing board time as 8:03 pm.

Did you check the "Convert all time references to your local time" box?

I don't like to change all time references to my local time. I thought the board used to be manually changed every year.

Are you using AOL? I notice on AOL it gives problems but sometimes on IE it works and other times it doesn't.
