I transferred/was promoted to a new store back in July. since then I have acquired a burning hatred for my store manager. she is fake, condescending, and goes
on power trips. she'll write you up for the stupidest shit, and breaks scheduling rules (not scheduling people for 4 weeks at a time when it's supposed
to be once every two weeks minimum, scheduling on people's unavailable days 
etc) among many many other things. all the managers hate her.
aside from that, I live 24 miles from the store.. it takes me anywhere from 30 to 75 minutes to get to work. I've been late twice on days I open because of traffic, even if I leave an hour before I'm supposed to be there. most of my money goes to putting gas in my car. but I love the customers, the store, the associates, and the other managers. it's a really fun environment. my store manager and the money issue are the problems.
now, I have a chance to transfer. I helped out at another store for a month because they needed a keyholder, which they still don't have. within a couple days of me working there they asked if I wanted to transfer because I'm actually good at what I do and I'm awesome. their words
anyway, this store
is more like my old one, really low key and relaxed. my problems with this store are that it's really slow most of the time, there's usually nothing to
do in the mornings (and I would mostly open), and the customers.. um. well 90% of them don't speak english. I'm totally fine with that but it makes
things hard sometimes. lol. I wouldn't get as many hours, but it's 20 minutes from my house straight down the interstate, and I'd probably save a
lot of money if I moved, not to mention I wouldn't be as stressed or feel like quitting every time I get out of work.
so I don't know what to do

happy and they feel like I'd be happier at the smaller, closer one. they hate my SM too and feel like she's going to run me into the ground to the
point that I get fired from something dumb, or I quit because I can't take it anymore. but if I move, I feel like I'm downgrading. SOMEONE HELP ME.
