I'm relocating there in January and I was curious if the ones there were decently big and carried a lot of things?

I only went to the Buckhead one. I liked it. They had my shampoo aand conditioner so I was cool. AND it is across the street from the best Brazilian wax place!

Um, I really don't know, we're still looking for a place. But basically looking for a 1 br for decently cheap but not in a crappy neighborhood.

Red Shimmer - those are really nice and $790 isn't too bad considering my boyfriend and I were planning on living together. Do you know of anything
that's still nice but a little cheaper? Maybe more around the $600 range?

I can ask around. I am actually in Athens, so my knowledge of Atlanta is Midtown and Buckhead which tends to be expensive!
In Athens I can get a 2 bedroom for 500 haha. Have you thought about living outside of the main city, like outside of Fulton county? Liburn, isn't too far from the city maybe 15 min. |

Cabbagetown, Little 5, Inman Park, Castleberry are all decent neighborhoods.

The one near me in Marietta is a very affluent and a nice area. We have some great schools and places nearby.

The one in Marietta is small. That's the one I go to. Love it though. The one in Midtown is big? All the ones I've been to have been small.

There are a ton of Trader Joe's here. I can think of 5 off the top of my head.

Oh I would never live near Little Five Points. Hell no. It's a nice day trip through there but NO.

if I were you I'd move to somewhere on the EAST side of Ponce de Leon Ave. the west side is pretty gross. anywhere east of Briarcliff/Moreland Ave, or N.
Druid Hills Rd west of Buford Hwy. Decatur is really nice (near downtown) and is within 10-15 minutes of the main part of Atlanta.

I wouldn't live near Ponce personally. Atlantic Station is expensive but definitely nice.

East Ponce is super nice. nowhere near Boulevard or North Ave.. more like near Fernbank. Atlantic Station is ridiculously expensive... oh, Grant Park is nice,
too.
