I don't think you get what the person meant. Gisele is a model, so the person was saying she's probably purposely trying not to gain weight so it
doesn't ruin her figure.
Not saying I agree with the comment, just explaining what the person meant.

^ that;'s what I gathered the person meant too. Of course you don't need to gain 60lbs when pregnant, but if you read and talk to a doctor too, if your
very thin to begin with and don't gain much, that also could not be healthy for the baby. Doesn't mean it's the case with gisele, but I know two
different people who were thin from the start and worked out like crazy when pregnant, both their kids were born underweight and premature.
