I went 2 1/2years without a period due to PCOS. My doctor put me on glucophage and I started I had a period for 2 weeks and now I have a yeast infection. Is
there anything else besides the cream I'm using that can help releive this? I've never had this before.

Yogurt helps some (just eating it will help) but if you call your doctor he/she can give you a pill that will get rid of it way faster than any otc stuff will.

Yup, call your doctor. I always have mine call Diflucan in for me because the otc stuff never works or I have an allergic reaction to it. Also yogurt can help
a lot on a regular basis. I had similar issues when I started glucophage and started eating yogurt and taking acidophilus regularly and it's really cut
down on the infections.

I did go to the doctor the over the counter stuff is what I was prescribed. Should I ask for a pill?

It can take a few days for the over the counter stuff to start working, if it's been a couple of days though, I'd call the doctor back and tell them
that it's not working.
