I woulnd't mind having kids, but I dont want to be pregnant. Seems so uncomfortable and giving birth is the scariest thing ever. I remember being in the
hospital with my brothers girlfriend and she passed a clot the size of a baseball. It fell onto the floor when she was going to the bathroom. She was scared
and crying and we had to call the nurse. I felt bad because me and her friend were laughing at her.

We had to watch that in middle school. I went to the bathroom for like a half an hour that day. I also couldn't sit through an episode of ER, hell no was I
watching that. I remember all the boys were like "VAGINA!"
My health teacher also made us say penis and vagina for like 20 mins. until the giggles stopped. |

Our son passed away a day after he was born. The sex was oddly part of the grieving process and only happened once during that time. I put my body through
hell and I don't recommend it to anyone.
The muscles you use to go to the bathroom are the same as when you push. Going to the bathroom is like running a marathon, then going and running another 13 miles right after. |

Dumb question but how do you prepare yourself for birth? I feel like if my water broke I'd still want to take a shower before heading to a hospital. But
that's just me being anal. I'm sure it'd be a different story once it actually happens.
Do the nurses clean/shave you? Do they give you something to clean out your bowels? But I hear that most women still poop during birth anyway |

It's not recommened for them to shave you anymore before birth. You can get an enema but that's not routine either. I've never pooped during birth
but with all three I had constipation problems throughout the entire pregnancy and then after. It's not recommened that you take a bath after your water
breaks because of the risk of infection. With me though, a half hour after my water broke was when the baby popped out all three times.

I got lucky no crapping or farting during pushing, however I guess as his head was coming out the fluid squirted out and hit the lights above the drs head. My
husband still gives me crap about my watergun talent. But worse for me was once my midwive was rubbing my legs during labor and I was mortified to find out I
missed a large spot in shaving my legs. Poor thing she dealt with my sandpaper leg.

Most people experience contractions and head over to the hospital long before their water breaks.

My mom's water broke when she was in the shower shaving her legs (it was the day before her due date so she was kinda getting prepared) and I was her third
so she was calm cool and collected and finished shaving her other leg before she went out and told my dad to get the car! She never used any drugs or anything
too...she's a freak.
I just KNOW i'll be a pooper. I just know it- I don't ever want to go through it- I will make my husband stay in outside, like back in the day. |
