My son's was 103 last week, then my other son got up to 102.6 last night. What helps them is to alternate dosing them with Motrin and Tylenol, giving them
lukewarm baths, and using cool towels on their forehead.

He only started having a fever this morning but it went down, till now. My sister is coming to get him and I guess she's called his doctor, idk.

I wish the doctor would have told me to do that myself instead of sending me in to ER with a baby on a weekend night just to get some Tylenol on top of the Motrin I had already been giving him. It went up to 104, by the time my dad took him home it was down to 101.7. I feel sorry for the poor little dude

You can put the doses closer together that way. Tylenol can be every 4-6 hours. Motrin is every 6-8 hours. So if you alternate, you can be giving him
something usually every couple of hours, instead of having to wait at least 4 in between.
