My son's was 103 last week, then my other son got up to 102.6 last night. What helps them is to alternate dosing them with Motrin and Tylenol, giving them
lukewarm baths, and using cool towels on their forehead.

He only started having a fever this morning but it went down, till now. My sister is coming to get him and I guess she's called his doctor, idk.

I wish the doctor would have told me to do that myself instead of sending me in to ER with a baby on a weekend night just to get some Tylenol on top of the Motrin I had already been giving him.  Well they took all of his clothes off too
but, again, something I could have done in comfort of my own home if doc had told me. Rotating the 2 did work though to bring it down when nothing else had.

It went up to 104, by the time my dad took him home it was down to 101.7. I feel sorry for the poor little dude
