Okay I'm a huge Aerosmith fan been listening to them since I was 8 when i first heard Janine's got a Gun on MTV. Steven is great but Joe is fab too. He is a GREAT drummer and the two of them complement each other on stage. They have great chemistry.

It's also Janie's Got a Gun.
We saw them in Vegas in July and it makes sense. The show was short, they didn't sing Janie's Got a Gun, which shocked me. I think it lasted an hour
and a half....maybe.
Sad, but....what can ya do?

So I can't spell or use the right word... I knew what I was talking about. I still have a big cardboard cut out of Aerosmith in my bedroom and I'm 29.
I also have a commercial they did for Dodge one year when they sponsored their tour and well yeah it's on film strip that I can't watch, but hey I
have it.

I think Steven needs some time off. He looks like he has issues to sort out.

I think Steven needs a long break. Aerosmith won't be the same w/o him though.

Sorry but they cant replace him. When you thinknof Aerosmith you instantly think of Steve Tyler. Too bad hes leaving.

Steven Tyler is NOT Aerosmith. All four of them are Aerosmith.

That saddens me. I have loved Aerosmith since I was a little girl.

If this is true it sucks. I never got to see them live and really wanted to.

Alex the Goob wrote: When i read Joe stating that Steven prefers to write songs with other people than with him, i thought there was trouble ahead not because of what he said. More because he finally said it. It was like a sign of some trouble brewing. This really saddens me because i used to think that those 2 loved each other the most, not in a fan-fic kind of way but more like a brotherly kind. Steven needs to straighten himself out. He's had too many headline stuff this past year than the years before that. I'm starting to think it might be a Van Halen/David Lee Roth kind of a thing |

Well guys, Steven is 61. Isn't it time? I think they deserve to chill now. All those years of touring, and stuff. Yes, it's sad, but
it's reality. It's got to end sometime.

There is no way Aerosmith can replace Steven Tyler. It would like the Rolling Stones trying to play without Mick Jagger, or the Who without Roger Daltrey.
Aerosmith needs to give it up. They have been lame for a long while anyway. |
