well that seems like a problem that he wants to eat garbage. you should get that checked out. It's not natural.
I, on the other hand, have to go. Maybe I'll go get 5 more cats from the shelter and have them roam around my house today.. I'm not sure.. I'll let you know. |

Actually, the dog in question was brought in starved and is obsessed (and i mean obsessed.) with food and food wrappers. We're working on it. It takes
awhile.

Ok, without reading all of the bantering, I'm just goign to make a suggestion.
My cat would LOVE to go outside. He's neutered and fully vaccinated and on Revolution for flea protection/ear mites. This weekend we stuck a wire dog crate with no plastic bottom out in the yard and put him in it all afternoon both Saturday and Sunday becuase it was nice out. He didn't get out, dogs couldn't eat him (like they could if he were on a leash or free roaming otuside) and he had a BALL watching the birds and squirrels running around. He was safe and secure and I didn't have to wrry about animals/people getting to him.
Again, just a suggestion. |

JFC Tommy, why are you such an ass lick? Just because you work in a shelter does not mean you know everything about being a good pet owner. Why dont you try
showing some compassion towards the OP that she has been seperated from her pet?

I'm glad you found your cat
When are you going back with the police? I'm all anxious to see how this plays out.

One of our neighbors has a cat that roams around outside. When they first moved here they knocked on our doors, gave us chocolate chip cookies and told us not
to mind Mork (they have a dog named Mindy).
He comes on our deck a few times a week, we wave to him. He really only hangs out between like 7 houses in the neighborhood. |

Tell the cops you are worried about her well being because she is usually home now. When they go in, walk over there and say "oh my, there is my cat, I
will just grab him while I am here." (I know, you would get into trouble for that, just kidding) But it does suck.

Year's ago when I was a kid and we lived out where there was a lot of bush land, we used to let our cat out. As a matter of fact, he demanded it but after
he still got hit by a car from crossing from the bush to our place, we never let our cat's out again. We've all had cats and always kept them indoors.
My mom and dad actually had a cat several years ago that they only allowed her out on a leash in the backyard and when they were out there with her. She lived
until 17 years of age. My 16 year old cat is quite content to sit on my balcony all day and I have a thick tarp for her out there that she loves to scratch on.
But just because some people let their cat out, especially in their own backyard, doesn't mean they don't love their pet just as much as the next person. |

I hate outside cats. Our neighbor's cat leaves murdered bunnies on our porch. Fucker.
