I have two, one of each. Subaru is an automatic for everything around town, I inherited a manual truck. And I hate it. I know how to drive it, but I hate it.

My ES300 is automatic, but I can drive manual. I'm trying to look for a manual car.

I learned how to drive automatic. I tried to learn manual, but my dad stopped me after like 10 minutes because I wasn't catching on.
Everyone here has a manual and I feel like I've grown an extra head when I tell people here I can only drive automatic. It's quite funny, but I'm too nervous to learn here in London. I can barely handle driving on the other side of the road with an automatic transmission. Fuck trying to learn manual over here |

I don't think I'll ever go back to driving automatic. It gives me something to do while I'm driving.

You need to add "automatic, and I cannot drive a manual because I am scarred for life by the time my red-faced impatient father tried to teach me."

westernway09 wrote:Honestly thats not true. It used to be but Automatics are becoming more and more popular. Like I said, we have one of each. However if you are going to take lessons here, I'd say learn in a manual rather than an automatic, that way you will always have the option of which one to drive. |
