I don't begrudge Taylor EOTY too much. I mean, she's pretty much the only chick selling country music albums this year, and her performances are always
creative and high energy (and erm, pink and sparkly). Everyone in that category was deserving. Plus, Taylor being the token woman in that category meant
Carrier Underwood wasn't, and that pleases me to no end. So much haaaate for her. You go, Taylor!
But, um. Taylor is VOCALIST of the year? In a category that included Reba and the always vocally flawless Martina McBride? Oh please, Taylor. Even Carrie can sing circles around Taylor, albeit with no emotion whatsoever. It was hilarious to hear her autotuned single playing while she won. Shouldn't the reigning CMA Vocalist of the Year be able to sing, you know, in tune?

Right. Granted Taylor needs a lot of work to sound better live but
