Thank goodness you weren't there at the time as I'm sure it's scary. The bank that I do my business at has been robbed 2 or 3 times now in the last
several years. The last time was about 4 months ago and the thief had just taken off minutes before I arrived as the police came screaming up in front of the
bank and they went on immediate lock down. Totally freaky. I've been dealing with that bank for 13 years and know so many of the staff on a first name
basis. I felt so bad for them.

why would a teller lose her job if the bank was robbed? That doesn't even make sense.

a teller can lose their job if they lose too much money. we have limits that we are allowed to keep in our drawers at all times and when I talked to the AM she
said that the teller was over her limit. Limits for top drawers are usually $2500-$3000

the bank sets limits for situations just like this. we are getting into the worst season so they crack down on us big time. telling us to keep our drawers low
and watch who is coming into the bank

I was in a bank robbery once. It was so surreal. I didn't even really register what was happening until they were gone.

i'm just happy no one was hurt. he just handed her a note saying to give him all of her 50's and 100's. thankfully this bank has the gps packs so
they can track where they money goes
