I had a male friend that would always tell me when my boobs looked nice. It sounds creepy, but we really had a very open relationship with each other. At least
when we were both single anyway. We both got into a relationship around the same time and toned it down a bit. All four of us worked together (me, him, my BF,
his GF) so it was a very laid back environment.

Depends how close you are with the friend. I have several good male friends who would say stuff like "Your bum looks extra nice in those jeans" or
"You have a great stomach". I don't find it weird since I would say the same in return. It's just complimentary and makes either one of us
feel better.
