Check with the hospital your cousin is at. Most hospitals have put new visiting rules into effect due to the flu and only immediate family members can visit.

Check to see if her tv has audio/video inputs, you can buy a small dvd player from Walmart (which are inexpensive now a days lol) and bring her her favorite
movies.

Handheld video games - pocket yahtzee is awesome
Pillows and pillowcases - hospital pillows suck portable dvd player sometimes cable is extra, so you could pay for that |

Depends how old she is. I would suggest a book series. Like the Twilight Saga or umm Shopaholics series.
