I thought the lawsuit they filed after the plane crash was towards the manufacturers of the plane, not towards the deceased's families and estates. I know
it was a common misconception but I could've sworn Adam and Travis released a statement saying they'd never put that kind of emotional toll on the
families of the dead pilots.

Adam's original lawsuit did not include the pilot's families. Travis Barker's lawsuit did.
I think it's strange his mom would amend the lawsuit to include the pilots, when I thought Adam was against that move, which is why he filed separately from Travis to begin with. |
