Hosting a website isn't that hard. My bf hosts a message bored + website that he pays to keep up. I think with the right hard drive it should be fine. If
she wanted too we could help her out easily and she could make money from it.

I host my site so its def' not hard but its the traffic that can really set you back. A site like this will need its own server.
