Thanks to my Disney a day calendar, I am now aware that The Little Mermaid came out 20 years ago today!
That was one of my favorites when I was little... I had an Ariel sleeping bag in addition to all of the other useless shit I had.

We had a Little Mermaid singalong movie night in college when I was a freshman. We rewound each song scene and watched them about 3 times and sang along with
each one.

It's my all time favourite movie. I have the original vhs as well. Plus I cherish my original tyco dolls before they sold the rights to Mattel.

My aunt got a hot copy of The Little Mermaid for me and we watched it together. Turns out Ariel committed suicide at the end of that copy
 I cried for weeks,
literally.
