Ignore the eyebrows and piercings, I'm just interested in the eye makeup!

See I want to try it! I've had my hair like that and I loved it so I wouldn't mind going black/pink again. All I know is she used Urban Decay!

What are you asking for? The specific products? The technique?
I really like rainbow eye looks, when done well. There are a few really amazing ones on Youtube, and even more really bad ones |

That's lovely. She probably used this http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P194718&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=3806
and some sort of primer (most likely UDPP) to make the colors more vibrant.

To me it I have some of the eyeshadows and UDPP so I'll play with it.

Leesha (xsparkage on Youtube) did a good one, I think:
http://www.xsparkage.com/?p=359 But people do them with just about any shadows. I think the key to making the colors so vivid is applying a white base underneath. That can be something like NYX's jumbo pencil in Milk (or another white cream or gel liner). And, of course, blending the colors well without over-blending the colors to make them muddy. I've noticed that some of it is blending the yellow and red to make an orange, instead of putting a yellow, then orange, then red. Before I watched tutorials, I wondered how they got so many colors on the lid |

There's no way the blue in that urban decay kit is the blue on her face. I have that blue and it's so sheer it's odd.

If you pack on the blue with a base/primer, it can become that opaque and bright. I've used the palette on a friend.
