That's really good, congrats! You don't even need them anymore! How long have you smoked for? I quit once, but that only lasted for 3.5 months.
I'm hoping to try again in December when I can work out regularly and not fear the weight gain.

I've smoked regularly since I was a freshman in highschool. I want to start working out though and possibly even start running, but I knew my lungs
wouldn't hold up if I kept on the same way.
Plus it's gotten so expensive for me so having that extra $25-$35 a week is a major improvement

I was a pack-a-day smoker in Vancouver where smokes cost 10$ a pack.
I used to spend $300+ per month on smokes alone. I quit 2 months and 17 days ago. i have saved $790.00 since then. (thx "quitter" iphone ap) |
