I would say yes, because it is a car wash, when I wash cars a wear a bathing suit & a pair of shorts... and we're talking about like 16, 17 years
olds... they're not going to wear nice clothes to wash cars when they're going to getting wet.
I wore a bathing suit at a church car wash when I was like 15... so did everyone else. That is not a big deal. |

If they were like 13 or 14 no, but 17 or 18? I dont really see the problem if she is wearing a normal bikini top and some shorts. The same pedos could be
watching at that beach.
