I just watched the movie....and I had heard when the movie was in theaters that the book and movie had different endings?
Can someone tell me what the ending is to the book? Thanks! |

Anna and Campbell are in an accident and Anna dies. Campbell obviously says it's okay for her kidney to go to Kate. Kate ends up living andd yeah,
that's pretty much it.
Read the book when you get a chance though. The characters are better developed. |

The book was a lot better but I still enjoyed the movie. I do wish they included Julia in the movie.

It's probably more true to life that Kate would wind up dying, but it seems to me utterly pointless to make a movie based on a book and then so completely
alter the entire ending. I understand taking *some* artistic license, but there's a very big reason Jodi ended the book like that. It totally throws off
the whole emotional end to the story
