It's not stress, the people, the hours, etc. It's the fact that my work is mundane and honestly boring - and annoyingly inefficient. I do not use my
brain at all. It could be done by a high schooler. I want out.
Does anyone seriously disliket their job?

I actually love and dislike my career at the same time. The pay is excellent and I work with some nice people but sometimes it gets really boring.

Me. I like the fact that organization I work for does great things, but I really dislike my actual job.
Ninety percent of the time, my work is boring and unchallenging. I'm very well-liked, but not particularly respected. People think they can walk all over me. I'm hoping to go to grad school next year and put myself in a position to find something at which I can excel. |
