I got offered an on-call position. Do they call a lot??? I've never heard of this before.
Has anyone worked On-Call for Macy's?

I'm not an on call person. But I work just weekends. When they hired me they told me there would be TONS of extra shifts that I could pick up during the
week since I was looking for full time work. So far I haven't been able to pick up even 1 extra shift. I've been there 3 weeks.

My dad is opening the store on Black Friday. I always joke that he should wear body armor

He says there are always a ton of lines. Then again he says there are always crazy people trying to get into the store and shop on Thanksgiving after the
parade
