i'm in shock. after reading about the fifteen year old killing her nine year old neighbor b/c she wanted to know how it felt to kill someone and then
this...whereas with the former case, i feel no pity for the fifteen year old, i, too, wonder if in this case, the boy was molested or abused, not that it
should excuse his actions or anything. and my goodness, it's his own son. i can understand if it were someone else, but how can he shoot his son dead after
his son begged him not to.

Eh. I've been through a thing or two that I don't really discuss with people too much, and when my mom found out she was furious, livid, she wanted to
hunt him down and kill him. But, she thought logically, she let her mind clear and I talked to her about it. I don't wish death on him, and i've
forgiven him. Have I forgotten? No. It was four years of my life, and I was a young child, I have my own set of issues that I deal with because of it but the
important thing to me is, at least i'm away from him, my mom isn't in jail for murder and I can spend however much longer I need to to continue to fix
what he broke. I don't wish bad things to happen to him.. did I used to? Oh yeah, especially when I was a teenager and I literally hated him with every
fiber of my being for screwing me up the way he did. But I grew up some. On that note, it's not my place to wish death on him, it's not my place to say
what should happen to him, when he should die, etc. It's out of my hands. My mom is still very upset and sensitive about it. She still gets that hatred
brewing in her eyes when his name is brought up, but she has a clear mind.
On another note, I can't say that murdering the teenager was the way to solve anything. Because now this man has to serve however long in jail, and he has to live with the fact that while his son was clearly troubled in some way to want to touch his sister in that way, he wasn't any better because he ended up murdering his son. I can't comprehend that it's okay to murder your child. I personally think the boy had a set of issues that weren't brought to surface, because anyone who can touch a young girl or boy inappropriately has to have some sort of mental issues stemming from somewhere. |

The more I hear about shit like this happening the more I get pissed off.
My cousin who's 11 now. Was molested at 3 by a guy my aunt knew for 20 years. And my aunt let him get away with it. I just keep thinking of what I want done to him. I know for a fact that if I were to ever run into him I would hurt him. |

I'm not saying I condone what he did, but I do understand.true again, I understand too. But I don't condone it either. |

children deserve to rot in hell.

I understand wanting to hurt someone who touched your daughter, but this wasn't a case of a man who lost his mind and beat someone to
death or just grabbed a gun and a knife and shot them in the heat of the moment. He beat the boy, ordered him to strip naked, dragged him outside where the
neighbours could see, ordered him on his knees and then, after hearing his son beg, shot him in the head and calmly drove calmly. Calmly.

I don't know how I feel about the 15 yo being shot. He diddled her in some fashion but didn't penetrate her. I can understand the rage. Perhaps a major
ass beating was in order but shooting may have been extreme.
However the 18 year old who raped the girl anally? .. he deserved his beating and should have been shot afterward. |

Since it said the father was charged with felony firearm, I wonder what felony was already on his record before this happened...and what made the mother think it was a good idea to tell a convicted felon about this instead of calling the police first. |

What a fucking lousy father. Two wrongs don't make a right. He lost precious time to spend with his daughter. And the mother is stupid. Why call the father
to discipline him?? Was she going to think her son just needs a good kick.
I don't think this guy liked his son very much. To have him strip naked before killing him. That is cruel. |

I may be wrong, but it seems the son confessed to his mother what he did which to me means he knew it was wrong and he was crying for help. Inapporprite
touching of a child is wrong wrong wrong, but he didn't deserve the severe punishment his father gave him.

So sad.
Poor kid. I bet the dad feels guilty. It was probably a moment of passion. Man, I don't know. It's a very sad situation. Ugh.
