I'm interviewing for jobs and have blood sugar medical issues (pretty much pre-diabetes that I have to maintain by eating frequently to keep my blood sugar
in check). Should I tell the employer I'm interviewing with that I have this medical condition or wait until I get the job if I end up getting it? I'm
just worried that if I express a medical condition before getting hired I might lose my chances of getting the job.
Should I tell in an interview my medical condition?

I personally would wait until you get the job, then you can stress that it won't interfere with your work.

do not tell them, duh!
they shouldnt discriminate you on something like that anyway (but people do anyways) so just dont bring it up. it's not such a big deal where you would be missing days or unable to physically perform duties (like lifting if you need to). |

There's no reason to mention that to them.
