When Edward came back in the end, she just seemed really cold to Jacob. I don't know, it just seemed like he deserved better than what he got. I think the reactions in the movie theater were hilarious though. It was like JFC didn't you people read the book?

I love Rob but was kind of embarrassed in Italy when he took his shirt off.. after watching Taylor run around naked on the screen for the whole movie. lol

Rob obviously can't compare when it comes to the pecks. Poor Rob. But for me Team Edward/ Team Jacob was never about the physical aspect, I guess that's why it's throwing me off. When I read the books this was before Rob and Taylor were even in the picture. I was Team Edward and never understood how it was even a contest. Especially after seeing how it ended. One makes the baby the other babysits it. That's all I'm saying.

Kristen's acting was still pretty iffy in spots for me but she did alot better in this than she did in twilight. I liked that there was some funny parts in it as well, wasn't all so serious. The first time the wolf came on, I laughed it looked horrible to me, sam's wolf just did not look good at all, the rest of them were fine but his just looked bad imo. I'll defiantly go see it again and there was like 4 girls in the theater that were team edward, everyone was team jacob and never in my life have I seen my movie theater that packed, it was elbow to elbow in there, 18 sold out screenings, it was a madhouse. lol

TWO = I went last night for the midnight premiere and in the line we had little kids in front of us and behind us and pretty much everywhere we thought they were gonna be horrible during the movie cuz it was so packed and before the previews they were so loud but when the movie started it was surprisingly quiet and we got to enjoy the movie! overall great midnight premiere experience and i deffinately suggest seeing this movie cuz its great!

According to box office numbers released by Summit Entertainment, "New Moon" pulled in an astounding estimated gross of $26.27 million, while playing at 3,514 theaters. Fans showed up to theaters across the country in their best Edward, Bella and Jacob costumes. They were also not shy about screaming and hollering with giddy joy at the appearance of a shirtless Taylor Lautner and the first sight of Robert Pattinson on the big screen. "New Moon" surpassed the previous midnight box office champ, "Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince," by for than $4 million. A lot of people who had never read the books got into it after Twilight came out. I think that is why it sold a lot!

I know in the book it took their breath away and suck but they barely even kissed in the movie. UGH 2.) the vampire makeup - wayyyyyy overdone and very distracting 3.) thought edward looked terrible in this movie - isn't he suppose to be beautiful 4.) Jasper....CREEEEPY LOL 5.) oh and how could I forget the ridiculous romping in the vision alice showed the volturi of bella immortal........DUMB what I really liked: 1.) Jacob....wasn't a big fan of his after reading the book but wow now I totally am.....I thought he was awesome in the movie (plus his body is unbelievable) 2.) I thought they did a great job with the wolves......loved the paul/jacob part 3.) thought they did an awesome job of staying with the book.....twilight left soooooo much out and this movie just reinforced how TERRIBLE twilight was LOL EDIT: Wasn't quite as good the 2nd time around - still liked it! I now understand how you people who saw Twilight felt when people went nuts about it. I'm left going "What's the big deal?" It was good, better than Twilight, but not by much. And I am FUCKING PISSED OFF that they chopped up the ending like that. The ending of that book is my favorite scene out of all 4 books. And I was so looking forward to seeing how it came to life in the movie. The movie gave all this time and attention towards Bella and Jacob's relationship that by the end of it I was like "Yes, go be with Jacob." and in the book I DID NOT feel like that because of how Meyer ended it. The scene with the Volturi and afterwards when he held onto her while they waited to get out of Italy, then in her bedroom afterwards where he explains why he did what he did and finally after Carlisle agrees to change her and Edward proposes in her bedroom. In the movie it was just like "Ooops, sorry...forgive me?" "Sure, I forgive you...let's make out." All I could think by the end of the movie was.....what the fuck was that?????? Why am I left feeling that Jacob was actually competition for Edward? I never felt that in the books. I'm not happy......bleh.
