I've swallowed pills before, but I always had trouble and this one went down easily.

Try it with 7-Up. It makes it a lot easier than other liquids for some reason.

My mom used to put me at knifepoint ( is that the correct way to say that?) because I was scared to take them. I guess it worked because I only have an issue
when they go down sideways.

I am HORRIBLE at swallowing pills but I need to. I have some for insomnia, for migraines, for regular headaches, for my thyroid, for my depression lol.. yeah I
have a lot I need to take
IT SUCKS! But luckily, sleeping hasn't been a issue so I don't take them every night. But good for you, but yeah I am HORRIBLE at swallowing pills, ever since I was little I had a hard time I don't know why. |

What's so fucking hard about swallowing a pill? You put the pill back far on your tongue, take a huge sip of water and swallow.

When I was little I had to take antibiotics for like a month before I got my tonsils taken out, and I was so scared to swallow them that one day, I just let it
