always said 'That's so funny' without actually laughing? At all? I was watching Scrubs and J.D. had a huge problem with Mandy Moore's

I despise people who laugh at that their unfunny jokes and stories, then get upset when others don't laugh. I knew a guy in high school who did this
constantly.
