Posts: 16038 (11/21/2009 1:13 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Apocalypse Me any my stupid self had to watch the movie "Knowing" tonight because I heard it was a good movie. I was ok till I saw the end, and now I am really sad and scared. I am not sure if I can watch 2012 now, after this movie I don't know. I literally cried seeing all that happen, it looked so real! Hope no one makes fun of me but that's how I am feeling right now. Scared.

I imagine our parents had the idea of nuclear warfare as more possible and even now when (younger) people learn about nuclear weapons and stuff they have that anxiety and freak out. But then you get over it and realize if there was a nuclear war-- well youd be dead so nothing to worry about. These apocalyptic movies are the same for me- they dont scare me in any real kind of way. If the world was going to end well I'd be one of the extras off to the left getting crushed by a bus. Cant really worry about something like that happening when the chances of you dying in a car crash are so much higher. Hah. But then I watch shows like Airport Crash Investigator all the time bc im fascinated by it but I cant watch any of the "Final Destination" movies bc... no thanks. I have enough small paranoias as it is. Its the big ones I dont worry about.

I think stuff like this is scarier because it is going to eventually happen. Do you ever wonder what happened to the Dinosaurs? Anyways, I am not scared of vampires smartass, they are totally not real, the END of the world is real. Why come in this thread and be a jackass if I may ask?

But yeah idk, I assume it will happen at some point but I dont see it when I picture my life- i mean who does?
