You're talking about the little ziplock baggie for liquids they put through the scanner right? If so, I would put the mascara in it just in case, but I
wouldn't put the other things in it.

This is a dumb question, I'm sure...but how does one take their entire makeup kit as a carry on? They can't, right? It can only be checked in?
I'm talking like multiple e/s, liquid foundation, concelear, powders, lotion, mascara, pencils, etc. |

Yeah, the quart Ziplock bag for "liquids and gels." So yeah you wouldn't think any of that stuff would qualify but for some reason I thought I
remember it including anything that can be melted into a liquid or something. Which is why the deodorant specifically is stumping me.

3-1-1
3 oz bottles 1 quart ziplock bag 1 bag per person And don't overstuff it - I put everything in the bag even chapstick just in case |

Deodorant does not need to be in a bag. Chapstick doesn't. Mascara...I put it in just in case. Pencil...no.

This is why I just check everything now.

Why would your eyeliner pencil need to be put in a liquids or gels ziplock?

Because mascara is a liquid/gel. Pencils are neither liquids nor gels....

Mascara is a goo.
And like I said up above in the post: I thought it meant anything that could technically be converted to liquid form, say through melting. Everything on my list melts in my car in 120 degree weather! |

I travel quite a bit. I would probably just put in the mascara as a precaution (I put lip gloss in). Everything else is fine.
I have managed to keep the basics in a bag and I keep my saline solution out because they are cool with that not being in a bag. |

Plasic disposable razors, can you have that on your carry on? And will they give you any problems if you have in your carry on a topical gel that's
perscriped to you?
