My best friend has one. You need LOTS of space for them to run around.

My old dog was half husky. She was amazing!! Except you need a big yard and it's need to be completely fenced. They also need a lot of exercise. Great dogs
though, very loyal and snuggly.

I just lost mine a couple of months ago. One of the saddest times of my life. They are AMAZING dogs.

The puppy mill that was raided this week was mostly huskies. So cute, I'm actually looking at them now and tearing up.
Our landlord has a pet clause in our lease, but I've heard a dog barking in our building before and last night I saw a woman walk in with a dog. I'm tempted to bring it up and see if we can have one. Our floors are in horrible shape anyways, and we would take very good care of it, I just don't know what the big deal is! |

If you live in Canada or the Northeast US, there are a ton of rescued huskies that will be available to adopt very soon. There are about 100 of them that were
rescued this week:

My friend had one when she lived in Alaska. They got rid of it when they moved back here though. Not enough room for it.
