With the decade coming to a close there are going to be more of these best of decade lists. Britney Spears is not famous because she is some tabloid sensation like Paris or those Kardashian's, she is famous because she has put out some of the best pop songs ever for more than a decade.

The title was pertinent enough - Spears had shaved her head and was in and out of rehab when this vocally scrunched, harshly metallic album appeared. No one expected it to be this good.
