The movie ending and book ending is sort of similar with a slight different change of scenery and of course in the movie they omitted a few parts..

I just re skimmed the last few chapters the other day. But if you mean from after when they come back from Italy, Bella wakes up in her room with Edward. He then explains what he did when he left her, and why he went to the Volturi and what she means to him something like that yada yada... Then Bella freaks out that the Volturi will come back soon for her and demands she be changed now so she makes Edward take her to his place so everyone can vote. Majority favored in her being changed and Edward flips out and begs Carlisle to at least wait after graduation. So Edward takes her back to her home and tries to find ways to stall her being changed and this where he brings up the proposal because he knows Bella is hesitant on marrying young. Bella is stunned and tries to back out of that condition but in the end she never gives an solid answer but kind of gives in after a bit, at least it seemed hinted that way.

Then the epilogue ends with Edward taking Bella home one day and finding out Jacob brought back the motorcycles and left them at her place to get her in trouble because he thought Edward was keeping her from him. Jacob is also waiting in the forest near her place and warns Edward about the treaty. Edward thanks Jacob for taking care of her while he was gone. During all this Charlie is yelling for Bella to get in the house and basically it just ends with Bella and Edward walking in the house to determine her fate with Charlie and the future with everything with Victoria, and her friendship with Jacob is on her mind.

Okay that's best I recall. But anyone can correct me if I'm off. This basically my general summary of what happened unless you want details?
