 I used to work at the
coffee shop on my college campus but never had anything super annoying like your stories happen.

I wouldn't put it past some of these people to be purposely trying to confuse you just so they can get a free drink. I could be wrong, but I've gotten
free drinks before from Starbucks (wasn't my fault) when they've messed up on mine.
People are jerks. |
