It always begins with a very distinct scratchy feeling in the back of my throat. I am 99.9% sure I will wake up very congested tomorrow.

Yep same here. I've had that feeling all day long, and now I know it's going to get worse. I hope you feel better though.

Get some Zicam ASAP, and take it per the instructions. It will help, and even if you do get sick, it won't be as severe.

That was me yesterday, plus body aches. I woke up this morning and felt worse. My boyfriend got me some Theraflu which worked to lower my fever, I slept for
the majority of the morning/afternoon. I feel a little better. Now if I had gone into work, I wouldn't have made it

Not as bad as I thought I would be this morning, but still have a sore throat and a bit of a stuffy nose. I went immediately to the store for Zicam and daytime
cold pills, plus I took an Airborne this morning. I'm chock full of vitamins and minerals.
