Maybe Walgreens? Is it just one tape? Seriously, ask your friends. Anyone with a DVR and a VCR should be able to do it.

Walgreens? I don't think so.
Just look in your phone book or Google your city and "VHS DVD transfers." There are a lot of local places that do it. I've had VHS tapes repaired at a place in my area that does DVD transfers. It's big business now that so many people have abandoned VHS in favor of DVD. |

I bought a DVD/vhs player at Best Buy that allows me to copy from one to another either dvd to vhs or vhs to dvd.

walgreens probably does do it actually, i work for rite aid and we do it there. it's a send out service though, so it will take a couple weeks to get them
back. you can call them and check, it's a pretty easy service to do.

You can buy a DVR for around $100. If you have several tapes, it may be more cost effective. And you can hook your VHS to the DVR, you don't need to buy a
machine that does both.
