I have to go to a friend's birthday party tonight and she is having a "Masquerade Party" theme, not a fan of the idea but whatever, it's her

Well I have this dress (the black, white and blue one) that I was thinking about wearing. I understand completely that it's a summer dress but the only "winter" dresses I have are like sweater dresses which I don't think really go with the theme, so I'm at a loss. The blue one my friend is wearing is also my dress so I guess that's an option too, but I think that looks more casual and more summery than the one I'm wearing. Suggestions?

It was only like $20 at Charlotte Russe and usually JJB hates anything from there and stores like
Forever 21. What's funny is the blue dress is like a $200 dress.
